Weight loss

So, I have been trying some new things to lose weight and I have found some thing that helps. I decided last week to start eating sweets only at the end of lunch or dinner, because I have heard that it digests better and does not turn into fat as easy, so I tried it and I have lost 4 lbs. Just thought I'd share that and see if it can help others.
