A new year and a new start

My sisters, Mom and I have decided to start a new way of eating ( I can't call it a diet, because diets don't work for me) We are eating 4 meal a day at 400 cal. a meal. It's said that you can lose up to 11 lbs. in two weeks time, One of my sisters has already lost 7 lbs. and we just started it on Monday. I hope to see some good results form this. You would never believe it but it's hard to find 400 cal. to eat each meal.
