Good snacks that are healthy

So, I am doing this diet sort of thing I guess you could say and I have found some good things to eat that you don't have to waste the whole day worth of eating on. For lunch or dinner you can try mixing broccoli slaw with chicken salad and cheese cubes in a pita it's very good. Also for a treat when you are craving some thing sweet try 1 chocolate rice cake with either cool whip and strawberries on top or 1 tsp. pb and half a sliced banana on top. yummy! Darin thinks I am crazy when I eat rice cakes, he says they taste like card board, but I like them. Ha ha ha!
