Good snacks that are healthy

So, I am doing this diet sort of thing I guess you could say and I have found some good things to eat that you don't have to waste the whole day worth of eating on. For lunch or dinner you can try mixing broccoli slaw with chicken salad and cheese cubes in a pita it's very good. Also for a treat when you are craving some thing sweet try 1 chocolate rice cake with either cool whip and strawberries on top or 1 tsp. pb and half a sliced banana on top. yummy! Darin thinks I am crazy when I eat rice cakes, he says they taste like card board, but I like them. Ha ha ha!

Fun Summer stuff

Josh Gracin's BIGGEST fan!! Ha ha ha!

Yestaerday we went to see Josh Gracin in concert and watch fire works, It was a lot of fun Camille loved it she was dancing to the music and clapping and saying yaeh to every fire work. It was way cute.

Early today Camille descovered watermelon and was having the grandest time stuffing her face with it. It was all over the place.


HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARIN!!!!

Also Today was a great day we celebrated Darins 24th Birthday and had his parents and 2 of his sisters over for cake and ice cream.

What we have been doing.

Well, we have been having lots of fun the last two weeks. We have been watching Camille develop a new little personality. She loves music, when there is music playing or when she is playing with musical toys, she sings mumble style. She has also picked up on how to read also in mumble style, she will pick up the books and flip the pages and BLAH BLAH BLAH. Also along with the cute comes the not so cute, she has discovered how to throw a huge full on drop to the ground, dead weight, kicking and screaming fit. We love it all, She teaches us a lot. We sure love our little ray of sun shine.

Camilles 1st Birthday!!

More fun! Camille was not sure what to think of her cake at first. When we put it on her tray she started to cry. After a while she started to play with it and eat it a little more, I think at first she may have felt intimidated by all the other kids huddled around her and the noise. She ended up getting messy, although I think my dad and Darin helped her with that a little. Ha ha!

She Also enjoyed her gifts, She got lots of fun toys and some cute clothes and books. The toys she is still trying to figure out, she is not sure how thy all work.

Camilles 1st Birthday!!

Darin and I made a pinata for camilles first birthday It was a lot of fun but we didn't let it dry long enough and it was very brittle. But hey the kids loved it any way, it's all about the candy right? Ha ha.

We also made her a fun Daisy cake. We will show you a picture of what it looked like before she destroyed it. :)

Graduation!

Yea! Darin and I had our own sort of Graduation, we took a community finance class and finished the course and got our certificate. It was an amazing class and taught us sooo much, I kind of wish there was more.

Funny Story of the day

So, today after Darin got off work and they got to the park 'n ride where all their cars were, Darin realized that his keys were locked in his truck. So, he gave me a call and had me bring some hangers and stuff to try to break into it. Well, we were trying to break in for about an hour when a cop came by and said we were reported breaking in to a truck. The cop said the person who called said, " there is a man breaking into a truck at the park 'n ride and he has his wife and a baby with him." Ha ha ha! Like some one would bring the family along to break into a car. The cop thought it was pretty funny. Well, the cop ended up using a jimmy and helping us get into the truck. Ha ha ha!!

Walking

On Monday June 1st, Camille decided she wanted to walk, It's more like a drunken toddle. But the all the same , she is a walker. She wants to run and her walk is very fast, she has not got how to make it normal pace and balanced, but we are working on that.

Oh no, I'm in trouble!

So, the same day Cams got into the chips she also decited she needed to figure out how Mom's make up works. I could tell Camille was getting into something so I went down the hall to find, she had found my make up case and was pulling all the make up out and trying to eat it and play with it. We are in for it!

Little Mischievous missy!

Camille is becoming a little more mischievous every day. The other day she took advantage of Mom and Dad leving the room and decited to help her self to the bag of chips, that were left there. This is what we found when we came back into the room. Ha ha ha!! So funny!
